Are you a store owner or have an online store? Would you like to sell Cherished By Design items in your store? We offer all of our products at wholesale prices. You must be a registered Wholesale Vendor with us.

Wholesale Terms of Business Agreement

As an approved Cherished By Design wholesale vendor, we ask that you review and agree to the following terms of business:

Minimum Order: 1st time $125.00

Additional Orders: $55.00

· You must be the owner of an e-commerce site or retail store.

· Resale price must be the same or above the retail price listed on Cherishedbydesign.com

· All items are not to be changed or altered in any way by the approved seller.

· All Cherished By Design pieces must be identified as such, to include item description any attached tags and packaging.

· Selling of Cherished By Design pieces on any online auction site (e.g. eBay, etsy, Yahoo, etc.) is prohibited.

· The seller must agree that Cherished By Design reserves the right to make changes to the program item availability, pricing, or seller discounts at any time.

· Additionally, Cherished By Design reserves the right to revoke the seller participation in the program at any time.

· Please allow up to 4 weeks for Wholesale Orders to be processed.

Pricing

Upon acceptance into the program, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with instructions on how to place your order and receive your discount. A 30% discount is currently being offered off the retail prices.

Discounted prices do not include shipping cost.

Payment & Shipping

Wholesale orders will be shipped priority mail via United States Postal Service.

Payments must be made in full at the time of the order is placed.

All sales are final unless misrepresented by Cherished By Design.
