Do I have to give my credit card information to place an order? TOP

No, all payments are made through Paypal.  Once you’ve completed checkout, you will be directed to www.paypal.com to complete your payment. You will enter your credit card information or checking account number here. You do not need to have an account set up with Paypal.com to make a purchase.

I would like to have my order rushed but I don’t see an option for overnight delivery? TOP

All items are shipped with a tracking number via USPS first class mail in 2-5 days after the item is shipped. If you need your purchased shipped overnight, please e-mail us and include your order number and we will be happy to overnight your order for an additional charge.

Can I still order an item that is out of stock? TOP

Yes, we do accept backorders.  Typically, out of stock items can be acquired with within days of your order. If you are interested, please contact us so we can confirm the approx. shipping time.

Will you take custom orders? TOP

If you are looking for a particular color or style, please email with details. I will do my best to create a custom piece for you. If you have a photo of an outfit or room that you want us to match, please e-mail it to us. Please be advised that custom pieces will take longer to complete.  I will need at least two weeks notice for any custom orders depending on inventory.

After I place the order, how long until I receive my items? TOP

All products on this web site are made-to-order.  Due to the custom nature of this web site, nothing is mass produced.  Therefore, please allow 2-3 days before your order is shipped.
